At Timepiece, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products showing significant signs of wear or use.
Items returned without original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
